1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched to the courier. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
To cancel an order, visit our website or contact us at contact@smartmassager.shop with your order details.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

You must initiate the return or replacement request within 3-5 days of delivery.
Video proof of the defect/damage is required to process your request.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

3. How to Request a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement:

Email us at contact@smartmassager.shop or Whatsapp within 3-5 days of delivery.
Attach a clear video showing the defect or damage.
Our team will review the request and approve/reject the return based on the provided evidence.

4. Refund & Replacement Process

If approved, we will offer either a replacement or refund based on product availability.
Replacements will be shipped within 3-5 business days after return approval.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, credit card, UPI, etc.).

📌 Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover return shipping costs.
If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong selection, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
❌ Products that are used, altered, or not in their original condition.
❌ Items returned without video proof of damage.
❌ Requests made after the 3-5 day return window.
